According to Ahok, the budget for flower purchase is divided by nominal below Rp 200 million. This pattern will surely prone to leakage.

"Park procurement is disorderly. They (Parks Department) want to purchase flower worth tens of billions rupiah for stitching," he exclaimed.

Even, he had asked the readiness of the nursery owned by Parks and Cemetery Department.

When being asked to review flower purchase, he furthered, they cannot afford it.

"We don't need engineers in large numbers. I say, its auction should be one packet or Rp 10-20 billion. Then for each sub-department is by Rp 30 billion for auction," he furthered.

He was disappointed with the attitude shown by the official under Parks and Cemetery Department. Because until now, its performance is still unoptimal.
